1. The Service

HindiEasy provides free online tools for phonetic transliteration (typing Indian languages using an English keyboard) and machine translation across supported languages. The service is provided for personal and commercial use at no charge.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use HindiEasy lawfully and not to:

• Use the service to create, store or distribute unlawful, abusive, infringing or harmful content;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
• Misrepresent the service or use it in a way that violates the rights of others.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to the text you enter and the output you generate. We do not claim ownership of your content and, as described in our Privacy Policy, we do not store conversion text after your request is served.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

Transliteration and translation are produced automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. HindiEasy is not a substitute for professional human translation. Please review results carefully before relying on them for important, legal, medical, financial or official purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

The tools rely on third-party services (including Google's input and translation services) to function. Availability and behaviour of those services are outside our control, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

6. Availability & Changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Intellectual Property

The HindiEasy name, logo, design and software are owned by us and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without permission. This does not affect your ownership of your own content (Section 3).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HindiEasy and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from inaccuracies in transliteration or translation, or from use of (or inability to use) the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts located in India.
